Based out of Hanover, PA, we proudly serve the entire South Central Pennsylvania region. Whether you're in need of a small update or a full-scale remodel, we're here to bring your vision to life with care and attention to detail.
Meet Jay
In early 2021, we decided to take the leap and open our own business, driven by our shared love for creativity, and construction. With almost 20 years of experience in the home remodeling industry, Jay brings a wealth of expertise to every project. His knowledge was passed down from his grandfather, who immigrated from Germany in the early 1900s and built his homestead in Pennsylvania. Jay’s grandfather taught his son—Jay’s father—all the ins and outs of construction, and now that knowledge has been passed down to Jay. This rich family history in the trades has shaped the way we approach every project we take on.
Meet Emily
Emily brings her own unique skill set to Evolution Homes. With a background in design and project management, she ensures that every project is not only visually stunning but also well-organized and runs smoothly from start to finish. But her true passion lies in getting her hands dirty. Whether it’s picking up a hammer or laying down flooring, Emily loves being hands-on and fully immersed in the creative and physical aspects of each job.

Outside of work, we’re blessed with two beautiful children: Miss Olivia Grace, who is three years old, and Mister Jaymeson Edward, who is one. As a family, we love spending time outdoors—whether it’s kayaking on the water, hiking through the woods, or fishing by the shore, we cherish the moments that bring us together and give us a sense of peace and inspiration.
